The ArtScience Museum resembles a lotus flower. It has a round base in the middle with extensions referring to as "petals" in the middle. Each petal denotes a different gallery space which have skylights at the tips which act as sustainable illumination for the curved interior walls.
One really cool fact about this museum is that rainwater is harvested and channelled down throughout the center of the building. It collects in a bowl-shaped roof and falls into a reflecting pond at the bottom level of the building. The rainwater is then recycled for use in the building's restrooms.
The exhibit we saw at the time was "The Art of the Brick" - as in Legos.
